Collette Philip runs brand and strategy consultancy, Brand by Me. She is passionate about helping companies and organisations unlock the power of their brands to create change and impact - changing the way we do business, changing perceptions and attitudes and even the very way we live our everyday lives. Collette has spent nearly 20 years creating strategy and communication for a multitude of brands. She spent the first half of her career working at leading London agencies, such as Grey, Leo Burnett and Euro RSCG on major household names, like Starburst, McDonald’s, Always Ultra and Clearasil. She then moved “brand side” to work for Barnardo's, T-Mobile, EE and World Animal Protection (formerly known as WSPA) building and leading brands from the inside. This breadth of experience, her love of brand and strategy and her passion for social justice and making a difference led her to set up her own consultancy in 2016, Brand by Me, helping organisations build credible brands that drive social change and positive impact. Their purpose driven clients cover a breadth of great causes – from animal welfare to peace-building, to women’s rights and healthy eating for kids! Brand by Me won Creative Business of the Year at the 2018 PRECIOUS awards and Collette was Highly Commended in the Independent Consultant category at the 2018 Women in Marketing awards.
