A finalist for Women in Tech’s Young Leader of the Year  award (2019), Jessica specialises in Media Innovation, focusing on the role that cutting-edge technologies, ranging from Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain to Augmented Reality, and their impact on the CX. Throughout her career Jessica has advised MediaCom clients at a Global and local level, spanning a variety of industries: FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Luxury on embracing emerging technologies. Jessica holds a masters in Machine Learning and is a passionate advocate for ethical data use and reducing algorithmic bias to achieve responsible AI. She is the creator of Heartificial, a platform designed to empower people to focus less on finding the perfect answer, and instead, to educate them to ask the right questions when it comes to AI ethics.
