John is a Partner at MediaCom with a background in content innovation and development within the entertainment industry. His focus is to bring the right voices into the room to develop work that is meaningful and rooted in real-world experiences.
Alongside this he has extensive experience working with young creatives, developing talent and ideas from raw, often personal perspectives into campaigns and public facing projects.
This approach connects emerging talent, whether this be in front or behind the camera, to established content creators and thought leaders. This means many underrepresented communities develop progressive and impactful work, ensuring the work speaks to and gives back to those communities.
