Brand Tribe Lead, Direct Line Group

Kerry has spent her career with Direct Line Group, where she has undertaken a variety of roles.

Kerry’s latest role is Brand Tribe Lead, where she is responsible for driving marketing output and performance, alongside responsibilities for digital retailing, and leading new product innovation and development, across Direct Line Group’s multi-brand portfolio. Kerry leads a diverse agile team across a broad range of disciplines, including marketing, commercial management, engineering, data and design.

Kerry is passionate about making a difference to businesses and the people in them, to unlock their full potential. Kerry is a strong strategic thinker, and a bold decision maker, who instils a culture of bravery in others, in pursuit of better customer and business outcomes.

Kerry is a member of WACL and is Chair of ISBAs Diversity & Inclusion Network. At DLG, leads work to drive diversity and inclusion in communications, and sponsors Wellbeing throughout Marketing.
