With over 20 years’ international experience in lingerie and the retail world, she has managed brand strategy, creative design, technical direction, product development, merchandising and marketing categories for both luxury and mainstream icon brands.
Under her leadership, Coco de Mer has grown from a niche business to a global luxury brand reaching new audiences and markets through new channels. Significant changes include the launch of own brand products in multiple categories, new lingerie collections, and collaborations with Sotheby’s auction house, Pamela Anderson, Playboy, and the V&A Museum sequentially driving creative evolution, business growth and industry innovation.
Underpinning Lucy’s goals for Coco de Mer is a deep belief in championing women’s causes. She works with multiple NGOs and activists in the fight against FGM, a cause close to her heart. She is a passionate advocate for brand purpose in the modern media landscape.
