Rachel has 21 years+ experience in the advertising world and now leads UM UK as CEO. She has worked across a wealth of sectors, including clients such as Proctor and Gamble, Universal, Spotify and Just Eat. In the two years since she joined UM UK as CEO, the agency has been voted one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work and was shortlisted for Campaign’s and Media Week’s Agency of the Year Award. As an active member of WACL, Rachel is a regular champion of diversity and former chair of the Future Leaders Award committee, which recognises rising female talent and supports them with training bursaries. When not at work, Rachel loves spending time with her two daughters, husband and dog!
