Sabrina is a multi-passionate entrepreneur whose mission is to create space. She has held senior roles with global strategy, target operating models, transformation and change remits for companies such as Ernst and Young, Barclays PLC and Barclays Investment Bank, and worked for brands such Ogilvy and Mather and Nordstrom. She has cross industry experience that includes Management Consulting, Financial Services, Advertising and Professional Services and is sought to advise senior leaders at a range of clients across industries. Sabrina decided to take her expertise and focus on her own company Build Global. Build Global is a boutique consultancy committed to building businesses that last. As Managing Partner of Build Global, Sabrina has led strategy, transformation and change engagements across Pharma, FMCG and Financial Services. Sabrina is an advocate of small and medium businesses and designed Build Global, so SMEs can have access to “best in class” advisory and consulting services. As a responsible business owner, Sabrina started the Build Global Fund, a monetary fund that allocates 5% of the Build Global revenue to non-profit organisations, social enterprises and charities, particularly focused on underrepresented groups. Sabrina is co-Founder of Niche on Demand, a studio where black creativity and capital meet. Niche on Demand executive produces original content, Theatre and Film productions. Sabrina is Founder and President of the Liberian Business Alliance, an association in the UK&I for Liberian Business Owners, Professionals and Partners committed to Liberia’s economic development. Sabrina is Board trustee Theatre503, Non-Executive Director at Liberally, and a Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce Fellow.
